Meet Beo! This cute-as-a button old man has one of those squishy, piggy-like faces that`s hard to resist. He also has an outgoing and goofy personality that will capture your heart. Beo lived in one home his entire life before being surrendered to the shelter. PACC is no place for a senior citizen, so Beo needs to find a new home ASAP! Beo`s former person said that he is great with kids, has done well with other dogs in the past, and is housebroken. They described him as a very friendly and loving dog who will do well in a home where his family can be home with him often. Beo loves to sunbathe, so a yard with a little patch of sun would be just the thing for him! Beo was adopted but has now been returned to the shelter and needs to find a new home as soon as possible. He has renal disease, so needs daily fluids and a special diet. In exchange, he has so much love to give you!! Volunteers and staff have found Beo to be a sweet and social guy who is polite and affectionate:“I walked Beo for the first time since he came back. He is still sweet as ever. We went to the yard and he just laid down next to me and let me pet him, he just looked around taking in his surroundings for awhile. Sweet, calm old man.”“Beo is a snuggle bug! Today we went to Bookman’s, PetSmart, Home Depot and Zinburger. He did great in the car, needed a little boost to get in but then laid right down and rode quietly and nicely. He enjoyed pets from every person he encountered. He never pulled on the leash or reacted to anything- other dogs, men, women, children, cars, bicycles. Just stayed calm and by my side. Beo was calm all day, never barked or whined. He loves pets, snuggles, and kisses. Before returning to the shelter he got comfy in the back seat and took a snooze. This guy is perfect if you’re looking for a cuddly guy that isn’t super active. You could take him anywhere and he’d be an angel. Please consider fostering or adopting him, he doesn’t understand why he’s at the shelter.”“Beo is a very soothing dog to be around. He is so easy to leash, walk and interact with.
