Hi there! My name is Beth, and I'm a lovely young black lab who's recently joined the wonderful family at FOHA. I'm still adjusting to my new surroundings, but they say that I absolutely adore the company of other dogs. I think having a furry friend by my side could make my transition even smoother. Now, there's something you should know about me: I have a bit of a fear when it comes to toys being thrown away from me. It's something that makes me a tad anxious, but with a little patience and understanding, I'm sure I can overcome it. On the bright side, I absolutely thrive on belly rubs! There's nothing quite like a good belly rub to make me feel safe and loved. However, I do have a tendency to flinch when people move around me. It's a reflex that suggests I might have had some unpleasant experiences in the past. But don't worry, I'm working on building trust and confidence, and with the right approach, I know I can overcome this too. Oh, and one more thing: I'm blind in my right eye. But you know what? That doesn't slow me down one bit! It's just a little quirk that adds to my unique charm, and it's nothing that requires surgical correction.
