Adopt Cooper a Brown/Chocolate - with White Labrador Retriever / Mixed dog in

Description:
Cooper's a rescue, a 60lb chocolate lab mix who is 10 years old. I've had him for 8 years. He's a bit leash defensive around big dogs. He's perfectly fine if he's off-leash, just scared of big dogs when on leash. I'm a single man, I don't know how he'd do around young children. He thinks cats are toys, I don't recommend a home with cats. Other dogs would be OK though. He still has a lot of energy, he needs play time/walk time. He's in great health with regular check ups. He hates water and car rides. He's very food driven and will eat anything. He loves all the cuddles. He couldn't care less about fireworks or thunder, he's calm as can be during them. He freaks out over toe nail trims though. He's a goof, and the biggest love-bug. I love him so much and this is the hardest thing I've ever done but I cannot take care of him any longer with my health so I'm trying to find him a new home with people who will love and cherish him.
