I got Diesel in January of 2017. He is now 7 1/2. He lived with my parents and I until he moved with us once I moved out with my wife in 2021 of January into our rental home at the time. He lived with our other dog, Luna, in a big yard with lots of playtime. We had to move out of our home and move back in with my mother in-law to where they hardly have any living space and playtime, especially with my wife and I having our first child who is turning 9 months. This ultimately led us to the decision to re-home him. Diesel is a relaxed, but playful dog. He loves to play fetch with anything thrown for him. He has cataracts and can not see well. He also has hip dysplasia and joint discomfort. He needs a calm environment; he can get upset easily if startled since he can’t see and has joint discomfort. Probably isn’t suitable for anyone with a high energy lifestyle or children. He needs someone patient and with a calm lifestyle. In the right situation, he is a loving and sweet dog.
