Diesel is a staff favorite here at the shelter! Diesel has been through so much trauma and has continued to be a sweet boy for us. He likes to spend time lounging on his dog bed in our veterinarian's office. He walks very well on a leash and doesn't pull too much due to a past trauma involving his neck. Diesel does have separation anxiety but has been managing it well with anxiety medication and training. He loves to jump on his bed and grab a tennis ball or squeaky toy to chew on. When he spends his day in our vet's office, he does not use the bathroom inside and waits to be taken out. He also hasn't been destructive when left alone and hasn't tried getting into the trash in the office, either. Diesel has done well when introduced to other dogs at the shelter. He loves to play fetch, too.
