Adopt Ferris a White - with Black Australian Cattle Dog / Border Collie / Mixed

Ferris is sweet and smart and has ENERGY. He has all of the typical Australian Cattle Dog and Border Collie agility. He is an excellent hiking and running partner with good recall. He is house and crate trained, and walks well on a leash. He was adopted as a stray, so we don't know a lot about his early experiences. He is @1.5 years old. He has shown some fear and resource guarding aggression, which is why we are looking for a new home for him. We have middle-school aged children who have frequent guests, which has been stressful for us and Ferris. Ferris would do best in a home with older children, and a family who has experience with working breed dogs and their intellectual and activity needs. Adoption fee to be donated to our local shelter.
