Meet Francesca! Francesca was brought to Chesterfield Square, a shelter in South LA, way back in February 2022. She sat at the shelter for 817 days, and somehow didn't become ill, kennel stressed, or euthanized for space. Her days at the shelter are now over, because on May 20, 204, Francesca became a Frosted Face! This beautiful girl is 7 years old and weighs 60 lbs. She is very friendly and oh-so happy to be free, as you can see in videos of her leaving the shelter and getting in the car for her freedom ride. We are working through all her excited energy, doing pack walks to introduce her to other dogs, and giving her a quiet soft crate to sleep in where she can let her guard down. Be sure to watch the videos of Francesca enjoying a hike on her first night out of the shelter! We will add more information about Francesca as she settles in. Please check back soon!
