Jarvis ended up in the shelter after he was left tied outside of a motel in the middle of winter. Even though Jarvis has not been treated well in the past, he has so much love and happiness to offer. Jarvis has been so lonely at the shelter and really wants a place to call home. Jarvis has been playing with other dogs in play groups at the shelter and can sometimes be a bit dominant, so a meet and greet would be recommended with any dogs you have in your home. He is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped. Please apply to adopt Jarvis and come meet him today!
