Jenny and her puppies were surrendered to the shelter on 2/24/24. She was very skinny so once her babies were weaned we went to work on bulking her up. She loves gentle attention from people and will tolerate other dogs. She did test positive for heartworms but has been kept on prevention and will be given a six month proheart shot prior to adoption. She is still gaining weigh but she weighed 35lbs on 3/27/24. We do not do same-day adoptions without a pre-approved adoption application already on file. Please give us a call for any questions about our adoption process! We are happy to help! Our $70 adoption fee includes spay/neuter prior to adoption, age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, ID tag, heartworm test if over 6 months of age, one week of free Zoom-based dog training through GoodPup, and a microchip.
