Meet our sweet girl Lucy! Lucy has had so much happen to her in her short two years of life, so she would really love to get into her forever home! For the first 1.5 years of her life, Lucy was used in a research facility, forced to endure malicious testing at the cost of her wellbeing. She is healthy now and does not seem to have any lasting issues. She is a goofy girl with a super fun personality! She loves to play! She does like other dogs, but we would recommend that she goes to a home with a dog larger than her. She is a little skittish of new people but will get comfortable with you very quickly. Get your application in to meet this wonderful girl! Lucy is up to date on her vaccinations and is spayed. If you are interested in Lucy, please submit an adoption application, which can be found on our website: humanesocietyofnwia.com. *PLEASE NOTE: Lucy IS NOT on site as she is in a foster home. Please do not show up to the shelter expecting to see her because she is not here.
