One year old Lumi (Finnish for "snow"- she came to us on a snowy day!) doesn't know that she's 90 lbs, she thinks she's a lap dog! We recently did her DNA, and she is mostly a mix of Presa Canario, Neapolitan Mastiff, and Cane Corso. Lumi came into the shelter as a stray and it was clear that her eyes needed immediate attention; after a few specialist trips it was determined she needed double entropion surgery to correct her eyelids that were flipped in the wrong direction. You can't even tell now that she had the surgery! She can be strong on a leash but she's very smart and has a lot of potential for training. She is quite the goofball and an absolute love! Lumi gets along well with other dogs and we believe she would with children as long as they don't mind getting jumped on! Lumi would thrive in an active home that is dedicated to continuing her training.
