Maggie is a beautiful 3 year old German Shepard mix who weighs 60 lbs. Maggie is good with children, house trained, walks well on a leash (pulls a little bit at first because she just LOVES her walks). Maggie loves to run, play tug-o-war, fetch tennis balls, and get out her all her energy, but she also likes to just lounge around the house or in the backyard sunbathing. She would do best as the only dog in the house. She would be a great hiking companion. She is an indoor dog but also loves her outside time. She loves belly rubs and all the treats! Maggie can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. Because she is a little shy when meeting new people, we would like to do a one week trial just to be sure she a good fit. Maggie can’t wait to meet her forever family. Apply to meet her today! If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order to bring them to their forever homes. Currently, we are driving animals far out on an as-needed basis! If an animal is posted, they are VERY likely available.
