He came from a horrible hoarding case where all the dogs were completely matted and malnourished. They lived outside and were neglected. Oliver is a sweet dog who is ready to take life on! Hes ready for a patient home with lots of love and understanding of what hes been through. Adoption fee: $400 which includes his neuter, microchip and vaccines.
