Penny is a 6 year old Registered Bluetick. I got her from a family member that was passing away. She is very sweet and loving but also stays in touch with her hound dog ways. She's smart, but stubborn. She follows her nose and will dig. Earlier this year, she broke her front left leg and had to have it amputated. She has adapted extremely well and still runs and plays. However, she's much more clumsy now and has accidentally hurt our 6 year old multiple times as a result. We worry that she will end up actually harming our 6 month old. She is a great dog but needs more than we can give her at this stage in our lives.
