Rosemary came to the shelter after being seen being left on the side of the road on a back road in Palatine with a bag of food. Rosemary then wandered around for over a week, before someone called and she made her way to us! This poor girl wandered around with a fractured pelvis, and any weight she might have had on her, just came off of her. She was so skinny and in so much pain when she came to us. Rosemary isn't quite ready to be adopted yet, but she's loving all the attention and love she's getting while she gains weight and strength. When she came to us, he fracture was already healing, so we did lots of rest and medicine to help her be comfortable. Rosemary hasn't met other animals since she has to focus on her own healing, but she loves people and has been great with kids.
