Rescued by a compassionate soul who couldn't turn a blind eye to this dire situation (despite having a car full of cats heading for vetting), Smoochie's resilience shines through even though she looked very neglected.No ID or chip noted and no one claimed her. Despite enduring a neglectful life, her spirit remains unbroken.
