Dodger was picked up by animal control as an abandoned dog. His owner had moved away, leaving him in a crowded shelter euthanizing for space. During his time in the shelter, he was described to have a soft, independent, and friendly play style with other dogs during play groups. Volunteers described him as "docile" and "gentle." Dogger loves going on walks and greeting everyone he meets. He is receptive to greeting other dogs too. He is easy on the leash. Overall, he has medium energy.
