Clara is a little girl herself, just 2 years old, a blue nose Pitbull Mix. She was found abandoned and living underneath a house beside a very busy street in Los Angeles after recently giving birth. She was attracted to the homeowners dogs in the backyard and looking for friends on Halloween, lost and afraid and very hungry. She would not let anyone approach her and found a safe place to sleep. She cried at night so they did not know if there were puppies hidden below the house, Eldad left now stone unturned, but it was just the postpartum depression of a mom left outside and to wonder what happened to the puppies she must have cared for. Please consider adding our Clara to your home so she can never feel alone or neglected again.January 29, 2024, 4:59 pmAdoption processAll of our animals come fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered (if old enough), and microchipped. Puppies and kittens will be spayed/neutered and have all shots when they are old enough. There is an Adoption application, a quick phone interview to make sure it is a good fit, a meet and greet with the dog, then a home check, and an adoption contract. We ask for a $400 donation for adult dogs, and $500 for puppies at the time of adoption so that we can save other dogs from the shelter.
