Are you in search of a petite, well-behaved young pup to join your family? Currently roaming in foster care, I am approximately one-year old, weigh 16 pounds and am on a quest to find my forever home. So, here's the scoop on my background - I'm labeled as a beagle mix, but the truth is, no one really knows for sure. It's likely that I stumbled upon a papa dog and his two pups and joined their pack. Together, we roamed the streets in search of a place to call home. Luckily, a kind soul came across our little band of misfits and took us all in, even though he didn't have much to spare in terms of food. Thankfully, Wolf Trap Animal Rescue swooped in and provided our generous Mississippi foster with more food until we were able to make the journey up to Virginia to find our foster homes. My Lineage: Now, when it comes to figuring out my breed, it's a bit of a mystery. Some might say I have the striking coloring of a blue heeler coupled with the size of a large dachshund. But let's be real, I'm just an adorable mishmash of breeds that exudes charm and character as my loving personality shines through. My Personality: I am a sweet little guy with easy energy and affection, equally enamored with dogs and humans alike. Playtime is my favorite pastime, whether frolicking indoors or racing through the great outdoors. Despite my lack of formal training, I am a well-behaved house guest, always eager to please. And when the time comes to relax, I happily curl up in a lap or snuggle into the plush dog beds of my foster home. I sleep through the night in my crate and can't wait to find my forever home.
