Elsa is the perfect blend of sweetness and fun, and she’ll be sure to steal your heart with her adorable personality. This affectionate pup adores people of all ages and gets along great with other dogs. Elsa is a champion in giving kisses and loves nothing more than snuggling up with her people after a day of play. Elsa is looking for a forever home where she can share all her love and joy. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.
