Big, bold, and boy do I love toys!My name is Ghost and I am named after the friendly types....like Casper. As a recent return, I found my way back to the PSPCA after my people could not keep me anymore. Like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, the fit was not quite right. The people here tell me that it is okay, and my perfect home is right around the corner, I have to just keep my hopes up and my tail wagging. See, I was great with the kids, great on leash, and great when it came to eating. There isn't a snack or a cookie I have not loved. Everyone and anyone looking for a chunky potato to love should meet me.I promise I am gentle and loving. That I am silly and sassy and that I will have you falling head over heels in love with me. Adoption processHow do I adopt a pet? Come to the shelter and meet our wonderful pets! Our staff and volunteer counselors are available to help you find a perfect match for your lifestyle. In order to complete your adoption we require the following: Photo IdentificationProof of AddressAdoption Application (available online or fill it out at the shelter)How much does it cost? The Pennsylvania SPCA runs special adoption promotions with reduced pricing on select animals each and every day. The Pennsylvania SPCA regular adoption prices are: Dogs and CatsKittens (under 7 months) — $150Cats over 7 months – $85Dogs over 7 months – $300Puppies under 7 months - $450 Prices vary and are at manager’s discretion.We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks (with ID) and debit cards.
