Meet Ginger, a beautiful female possible Chesapeake Bay retriever mix, with brilliant yellow-amber eyes and a distinctive brindled coat; estimated at 2 years old, currently weighing 55 lbs. She bonds incredibly strongly with her "special person" and stays by your side. She is a very loyal companion content with just hanging out next to you. However, she is also an active girl that enjoys running and retrieving, she just needs a little extra training on returning the toy to you. She is good with other dogs, house cats and children. Ginger is a great walking partner and possibly would enjoy hiking, and also knows all basic commands. She is housebroken with supervision and crate trained. An obedient, playful, affectionate, intelligent, even-tempered, and goofy girl. Ginger would flourish best in a home with an experienced dog owner who can give her the structure and exercise she needs.
