**READY FOR ADOPTION ON JULY 12 ** Heaven's Door is an 8 lbs, 7-week-old lab/border collie mix and will most likely be a medium dog. Heaven's Door is a curious, confident puppy! She'd rather be playing with her brother or foster big sister than be snuggled but is very tolerant of her 5 year old foster human sister, who thinks she's a doll. It's probably because she's so pretty. She's a smart, sweet girl and great at giving puppy kisses. She's a typical puppy that likes to play and nap. Shes learning tug and likes a ball. She's clever and will be a great addition any family. If interested, please complete the Adoption Application on our website at www.NeedyPaws.org and we will contact you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. Their personal & veterinarian references will be checked, a home visit conducted then the Foster Parent will set up a meeting where the Adopters will meet the dog. If the adoption is approved, the Adopter will then complete an Adoption Contract and the dog is theirs! Adoption fees vary.
