How Jacob arrived: Jacob was brought in as a stray on 5/24/24. Why Jacob is the one for you:Jacob entered care in May 2024, initially showing signs of fear and anxiety. Through consistent care and positive interactions, Jacob's demeanor has significantly improved. He has gradually become more relaxed and now enjoys positive social relationships with the staff. Jacob is looking for a new home where he can continue to build his confidence and be a loving companion. Because of his initial fearfulness, we are recommending he go to a home without young kids (under 10). If you would like to meet Jacob, grab a leash and collar and head to our Escondido Campus. At SDHS:Jacob has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
