Jake is a 4 month old, 15lb terrier mix who is ready for any adventure! He’s the perfect size to jump in the car and go. He loves car rides. Jake is very high energy and smart so he likes to keep moving. Jake is very social so a playful dog with a fenced in backyard is required. Jake would be He would be great at agility or fly ball! He loves hiking in the woods and going to put his paws in the river. He doesn’t mind cats that are used to dogs but will try to play with them. Jake sleeps in his crate at night and is potty trained with frequent outings. Visit ruffredemption.org to complete an application. All Ruff Redemption Dogs are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive a minimum of two distemper/parvo vaccines, medication for the treatment and prevention of intestinal worms, and monthly heart worm/flea prevention while in our care. Rabies vaccines are given if the dog is 16 weeks of age or older. Home visits and vet references will be performed prior to adoption. Fenced yards and single family homes are required for most of our dogs.Shelter locationThank you for your interest in one of our rescue dogs! We do not have an adoption facility; all of our available dogs are in foster homes throughout north metro Atlanta. To schedule a meet-n-greet, an adoption application must be submitted and approved. The adoption application is available on our website ruffredemption.org The adoption process typically takes one to two weeks and includes a detailed application, phone interview, home visit, and vet reference.
