Pepe is 100% a staff favorite. This boy is a typical border collie. He bonds to his person very quickly and will follow you anywhere. He is shy but he gets his confidence from you. He will make someone a great best friend. He would do best in a country setting as leash walks in the city are more difficult than walks off leash in the country. He has shown remarkable "herding instincts" here at SafeHaven so he may make a great working dog also with training. An adult home with some property is what we are dreaming of for this sweet boy.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Pepe, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
