Riot is begging for someone to get him out of this shelter. He is sure he's seen ghosts flying around in the kennel area at night and we cannot convince him otherwise. He says he is not able to sleep and with Halloween coming he believes the ghost sightings are only going to get worse. Riot promises to be a good boy and listen to all your rules. Riot is a big lover and we know you'll fall in love with this goofy boy too. Riot gets super excited to see dogs. His adoption fee is $132RCHS does not conduct DNA tests on dogs who enter our facility therefore we are unable to guarantee breed or breed mix. Information provided by shelter staff, volunteers, and veterinarians is used to give a best estimate as to a dogs breed make up.
