Rescued from the side of the road in Puerto Rico with his siblings, Sandy is ready to bring joy and love into his new home. His lovely personality and stunning green eyes are just a bonus! Sandy has been living in a foster home in Puerto Rico, so he is fully potty trained! We will then get in touch to process your application and set up a meet and greet at the foster family's home. Our adoption fee is $650.
