Meet Socks! Socks is an active 2 year old Lab mix and at 110lbs is a BIG boy. He is ready for his fur-ever home with you this holiday season. He will latch on quickly and loves unconditionally, even jumping on your bed at bedtime to guard you to make sure that you are safe while you sleep. He also likes to sample your food, to make sure it is edible, we think he was fed table scraps/people food because while you are eating he WILL NOT leave you alone. He seems to get along with all dogs but I would STRONGLY recommend a meet. He is also strong on leash so we use a KONG harness on him that helps a lot with his pulling and he is getting better. He doesn't mind cats, but I would still supervise their interactions especially if your cat is particular about not sharing their space. I also recommend that any children in the home be at least 10 years old. Socks is a big boy and can knock you over with his exuberance. He is potty trained and will whine when he wants to go out. He is VERY treat/food motivated so that will help with the continuing of his training. He is fixed and has had all of his needed shots.
