Meet Tyler, with those large ears we cant help but think he is a Chihuahua/Dumbo blend haha. Before he was surrendered to CARE Tyler was raised in a home with two toddlers who constantly picked on him, because of this he can be a bit nervous and react when he feel threatened. He is now in a foster home where we have learned that once he feels safe he settles right in and has a pleasant personality. Tyler's preferred home would be one with no small children and with a patient owner who will let him settle in at his own pace. He does okay with most dogs but would also do fine as the only dog in the home. Tyler is about 1 year old and weighs around 6lbs. Dont let that size fool you though, he has a personality much bigger than 6lbs. If you feel like Tyler would be a good fit for your family and you would like to learn more or speak with his adoption coordinator or his foster family please submit an application at www.caretx.org/adopt.This Rescued Pet is in a Foster home in San Antonio, TX and is ready for Adoption. Our pets are spayed, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and up to date on preventative. The $300 adoption fee is tax deductible. CARE is a 501c3 non profit rescue.
