To get anywhere you must have grits and determination??Grits are good for you, ask any Southern mama :)You guessed it, my name is Grits and I have a LOT of determination!I came from the pound with HORRIFIC injuries related to a multiple dog attack :( And boy I was in pain and had horrible infections and was so so skinny and just sad...But the rescue peeps fixed me up! It took several weeks of LOVE, good nutrition, wound care and "heart repair" to return my zest for life and to see the glimmer of hope in my eyes...Now I am all fixed up, healthy and happy and READY for you!!Don't ever let me be out on the streets again, fighting off other dogs to live. Give me your COUCH, an air conditioner and lots of love and treats and I will be yours FUREVER!!!And speaking of fur, well, you know I am a Great Pyrenees and we SHED great amounts, so you must love me more than my hair!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)
