Meet the cutest curly-haired dumpling you've ever seen. Spunky, unreasonably adorable, and constantly happy, Dim Sum is a delight to have around. Dim Sum might not be rocking 20/20 vision, but it doesn't slow him down. He's headed toward that wall just as fast as he's headed straight toward your heart. Here's some notes from his foster: Dim Sum is extremely smart, adaptable, mobile, social, friendly, affectionate, even playful. He very much enjoys walks, he's tolerating it very well and enjoys getting out. He's much higher-functioning than we first thought. He's been getting stronger every day and doing more for himself. He's very smart. He can do at least some steps! And he's figured out the ramp to my bed and the steps to my couch I had in place for our previous fosters. So he's quickly gaining independence.
