Butch is a relaxed, affectionate soul who loves affection - cuddles and gentle scratches. Butch would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys leisurely walks or time spent in the yard. While he's not one for high-energy activities like running, he truly savors his time outdoors. Butch gets along well with both dogs and people. We aren’t sure how he would do with cats. Butch does prefer to dine in privacy, ideally in his crate. He's a grazer, preferring to nibble throughout the day rather than devouring a meal all at once. Butch loves nothing more than lounging with you on the patio or deck, soaking up the sunshine. Quiet and easygoing, he's just a total love. Please contact your vet authorizing them to release information to us.Also, let your references know we’ll be calling.****Failure to take these steps may delay the process Once your references have been contacted, someone will contact you to schedule a home visit.After your home visit you will receive an email informing you of your approval. Schedule a meet/adoption. You will be able to finalize your adoption of the dog at this meeting. Please read your contract thoroughly before the meeting. You will be required to send an update at 2 weeks, 6 months, and annually. The email addresses for those updates will be at the bottom of the contract. If it has been determined that training is a requirement for the dog you’re adopting this will be noted on the contract. You will be required to submit verification of training completion.
