I will never understand how dogs like Lily land in the shelter sytem. She was brought into West Valley Animal Shelter as a stray and not even 24 hours later had 4 puppies. She came into our care and has shown us just how wonderful of a dog she is. Lily is people friendly, kid friendly, and dog friendly. She is a great size and almost a little overweight. Its evident that she hasn't had much experince as a true dog, but she wants to learn! Lily is figuring out toys, but doesn't understand "fetch". She is getting more comfortable with her crate and is doing great learning leash skills. She has come a long way and will continue to blossom into a magnificent dog. The groomer said she was a "perfect angle" at her grooming, and the vet says shes under two years old. Serioulsy, GEM!Thank you for wanting to adopt from Hank's Legacy Foundation.
