Adopt Mallory a Brindle Poodle (Miniature) dog in Staten Island, NY (41569333)
Location:
Staten Island, NY
Description:
Mallory is an adorable 2 yr old, 8 pound Mini Poodle who loves binge watching her favorite series with her human, sun bathing in the backyard and eating chicken. Her superpowers include being a fast, picking up potty training (no accidents so far!) and getting along great with other dogs. She is still unsure about new people, and loud noises, but is extremely curious when she gets visitors and just needs time to survey them on her terms! In terms of house training, Mallory is in the process of being crate trained and has not had any accidents to date! We optimistic that she will be fully trained in no time! Some of her favorite things are sunbathing in the backward, exploring the neighborhood and meeting new dogs! She likes meeting new people too, as long as they approach slowly. If you're looking for a cuddly companion, she might be your perfect match. Mallory is currently being fostered on Long Island, NY. Her adoption fee is $600. Mallory is a Patron Pup. Patron Pups have higher adoption fees due to varying reasons and are adopted quickly, even with these higher adoption fees. They may be purebred, a highly desirable breed, small in size fully grown, etc. These fees allow them to act as patrons to other pets in our care who may not be as adoptable, or have ongoing costs for medical care, contributing to a longer time in rescue, and therefore a higher cost for us to care for them. Patron Pups allow us to continue rescuing these other animals and give them a better chance at finding their forever homes as well. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
