The first couple of years of my life weren’t great and I’m learning to trust people again. I came up with my 6 puppies to help raise them until they could find their forever homes. Now it’s my turn. I love my foster family and their dogs and cats, but it does take me a couple of days to open up to new people. I have shown no aggression but am learning to not be so fearful on a leash and making progress. I start my long walking adventures a little fearful, but after a bit I show you how confident I am and just taking it all in. Once I open up, I want to be right next to you and cuddle. I do love to play with toys and other dogs and you’ll see my goofiness come out. I’m pretty quiet in my home and rarely bark. I would need a quieter home that has patient adults who are willing to let me open up at my own pace and work with me on gaining my confidence.
