American Staffordshire Terrier Dog for Adoption in McCormick, South Carolina, 29835 USNickname: Courtesy: Drifter Posted Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier (short coat). Drifter was found by a rescuer that cannot keep him. He is good with other dogs and is patient with my puppy. He is so loveable and he just wants to sit by you or climb in your lap. He is good around horses, chickens, and other animals. He is playful and loves to play in the pond and with the water hose as he bites and jumps at the water. He enjoys long walks and is pretty good on a leash. He will walk into his kennel without any problems. Drifter loves kids and is good around my 3 cats. He is outside in a kennel most of the time but he has been in the house several times and has had no accidents. Drifter is about 6 years old and he weighs 51 lbs. He is neutered and up to date on shots (DHLPP, rabies, and Bordetella). Drifter was treated for heartworm disease and has just finished his treatment.
