Charlie is a 2 year old,10 lb ShihTzu who is searching for his forever home. Charlie was surrendered to Animal Control after being found running loose and being returned several times. Charlie is a super friendly cuddly little guy who loves everyone. He gets along well with dogs and kids and probably would be fine with cats. He is, unfortunately, used to running around footloose and fancy free so he will need to be supervised when outside! He wears a belly band at his fosters house as he also continues to work on potty training. He does well in a crate but is also fine cuddling up on the nearest available pillow. Charlie has recently been neutered and is up to date on all his vaccines. Please apply for Charlie if you think he'd make your home complete!
