American Pit Bull Terrier-Plott Hound Mix Dog for Adoption in Rockwall, Texas, 75087 USNickname: Bruno Posted Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Plott Hound / Mixed. Hi! I'm Bruno! I'm an approximately 1 year old, male, Pit/Plott Hound mix who weighs about 50lbs. I was found on 10/16/2024 off Stoney Hollow in Rockwall and brought to the shelter on 10/18/2024. Unfortunately, my owners never came for me. I enjoy the brighter side of life! I am fun loving and social and always have a smile on my face. I do well in my kennel and RAC staff is confident I'd be able to pick up house training if kept on a schedule. I walk well on a leash and love adventures! I would do well in a home with kids of all ages and I enjoy the company of both male and female dogs. I haven't been tested with anything smaller than me but if you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm test! All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
