We got him at 4 months old as companion for our other dog. He Is kennel trained, however he has anxiety issues, not the separation anxiety type. Just a bit of a nervous one. He is a people dog and loves to be around someone all the time. We don't have kids so not sure of his behavior around them. He was exposed to friends kids and seemed fine and may just need some corrections with how to play properly with kids. He would do better with other dogs that are more calm like him. Our other dog is very dominant dog and not very nice to Buddy. He needs more exercise and outings than I can give him. He is a sweet dog and fairly calm, not overly hyper. He is almost 2 yrs old.
