Adopt Hank a Tan/Yellow/Fawn - with White Australian Cattle Dog / German

Hank is an active boy who needs a secure yard to roam. He enjoys playing tug, chase, swimming, learning new tricks, and stick throwing. He’s been known to chase chickens and has some standard cattle dog nipping. He is often wary of strangers and can be territorial when unsure. He has not fared well with the city life - keeping him alert/anxious with scary sounds, traffic, and people - feel he’d do best in a country setting with a primary owner who is mostly home with him, limited visitors, and no children around. He is full of love/affection once he trusts you and is overall a very happy boy if his environment is properly controlled. He has a history of reactivity/nipping and a low level bite with a human. He generally gets along well with other dogs. Unsure about cats. Hoping we can find him a new home with extra space to run and live his best dog life.
