My name is Jace (previously known as Max). I'm a short stocky little guy, maybe some Jack Russell with a side of Basset Hound? Whatever, I just know I'm cute! I'm approximately 8yrs old and weigh 48lbs. My owners had to move in with family that did not allow dogs. Doesn't sound like family to me, but again, whatever. I'm told I'm a sweet ole fella. I like other dogs and kids but I'm not crazy about cats, just so you know If you're looking for someone to be a couch potato with, I'm your man! I'll walk on a leash (although I more enjoy standing with a leash and a not too much walking to be honest) and potty trained! Notes from my foster momma: When I first met Jace (Max), he was so easily approachable, sweet and totally laid back. He is a mellow dude, non reactive around people and dogs and just happy to do his own thing. He rides so well in a car. Just a mellow, sweet ole guy. He loves to be petted and hang with you side by side. Jace (Max) is a wonderful dog for someone who wants the company of one but doesn't want all the work in training a dog, because he is completely perfect! He does really enjoy hanging with someone/people. The perfect home for Jace (Max) - any home unless you are a person or family who wants a dog to go hiking or jogging - he is not that dog for you. If you want a dog to sit and have coffee with in the morning and watch the neighborhood all day - yes, he's perfect for you! An older couple, person or someone who wants a dog tht is total chill would love and absolutely adore Jace and he would absolutely adore you. ##2053802##
