Meet Jake! He is an 11 month old Husky/German Shepherd mix! He is now looking for a forever home, as his past owners are divorced, the husband brought Jake home at 2 months old. The wife never wanted the dog. Now with them being separated, the husband is moving and did not take Jake, so now wife is getting rid of him. Jake is being adopted out through Tess' K9 Rescue, Pet Rescue. Jake has been passed around and is hoping to settle into his forever home soon! He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all his vaccines and dewormed! He is great with other dogs and people! He does not do best with cats, so a home without cats is ideal for him. He loves to go for car rides and walks! He is currently being fostered, but his foster can’t keep him much longer, so Jake is in desperate need! Jake has been tested for heartworms and the test tested positive. He is on slow kill treatment and will come with that treatment, if you decide to rescue this sweet boy!
