Our neighbors have abandoned a 16 month old dog . Myself and another neighbor are temporarily caring for it . Very basic food n water . He sleeps outside. I have bathed him . He’s healthy. Get along well with other dogs and child. Owners moved across the street and won't help him"We got this email from a woman who is feeding him once a day but he lives outside 24/7.
