Winnona, AKA “Mama Winnie” is ready to meet her forever family 🖤 Winnie is a 2 year old lab/shepherd mix who was caught stray, raised her babies with a foster family, and is now ready for a home of her own! 🏡 This beautiful girl has a sweet and loyal personality & is just now realizing she can be playful and enjoy life! Winnie loves sitting in the sun, rolling in the grass, likes to chew ropes and chase the ball. She is reward driven and very easy to train, she has mastered “sit”, “shake”, and “kennel.” She likes to follow the other dogs around and would do great with any other size dog in a family. She does not food guard around other dogs, but she does get timid and cower if dogs bark or try to play too rough with her. She is a gentle soul. Winnie will do best in a home with a yard where she can explore and continue to learn to play, or with someone who will take her on lots of walks. She is beginning to show her playful personality more now and we think she will grow into an adventurous girl! 🐶 She will wait for you to put her leash on to walk outside, and she is fully potty / house trained. Loves a good treat and back scratch. She is so loving once she trusts you and knows you are there to help her. She will follow you and give kisses. 🥰 Winnie is great with other dogs around her size or smaller, and with toddler & older kids. She is growing into a wonderful pup and we can’t wait to find her forever family! Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate.
