Hi, I'm Jack, and I'm currently enjoying life in my foster home until my perfect family comes along. I'm fully potty trained and an excellent learner. I know my basic commands and I am well behaved in my house. I enjoy going on walks, playing with my toys and chewing on my bones. And of course I am absolutely adorable! However, I came from a terrible hoarding situation, and I have some fears due to being under socialized. I have overcome so many already but I'm still in need of a loving family who is willing to work with me. I can be scared of strangers at first, and my instinct is to hide. I need to continue to build my confidence by meeting friendly people. When I feel safe with you, I'm a completely different dog. I am joyful and excited to see you, and very affectionate! I can't stop giving you kisses, and I love to snuggle on your lap. It only took me a couple of days to trust my foster family and now they see my true self. They say I'm one of a kind. Because I lived in a house overly full of animals, I have some anxiety regarding other pets in the home. I might do best as an only pet, but it is possible that with time I could be comfortable with a calm and friendly animal friend.
