My name is Telly. I am a sweet English bulldog mix. I am only 4 years old but was chained in a yard by backyard breeders. I was a cruelty case. I was rescued by a municipal shelter,I was skin and bones. You could count every rib which makes me greedier than my regular Bulldog fence.
